New Trader Joe’s Store: Pronto

Last week Trader Joe’s opened a new concept store called ‘Pronto’ in New York City, designed specifically for lunch on the go.

Unlike its other stores, Trader Joe’s Pronto features a smaller selection of ready-to-eat sandwiches, salads, and other lunch meals without a full grocery selection. The big benefit? Much shorter checkout lines!

Will they be opening additional locations elsewhere in the country? Trader Joe’s hasn’t said yet if they plan to expand, but if the store is a success for the company, we should expect to see more in the future
